Shipping policy

We’re happy to offer worldwide shipping in an estimated time of 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping rates calculated at checkout. Prices start from $18 up to 2kg. 

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address to deliver the package successfully.

Cool Tide Swimwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Cool Tide swimwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

LOCAL PICK UP 

We currently offer free pickup at our Cool Tide HQ located in Panama. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive another email stating that we are preparing your order. Pick up orders are generally ready for pick up within 24 hours (weekdays). If you have placed your order after business hours, your order will be prepared the next day.
